3. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us via e-mail service@cloud2connect.net), if the order is unshipped, then the customer service will help you. You only have
6 hours after the order to make a cancellation and you will pay 10% fee of the amount of the order cancelled. After six hours we will not be able to cancel the order. Be aware that different crisis worldwide such as the pandemic, war and other international crises which have impacted the production, logistics and transportation processes of products in general. Therefore, the delivery times of the products may have unexpected delays. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you order your favorite products well in advance.
